Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Eilah Herbs Apothecary! We want to make sure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  4. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  5. Returns Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at shop@eilahherbs.com to obtain a return authorization. Please note that we do not provide return labels; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  6. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 15 days for the refund to process.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@eilahherbs.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  8. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
